ExpressionEngine 2.1 Demo

September 7th, 2010 in | 5 comments

ExpressionEngine 2.1 marks the end of the public beta period. With that I thought I might update our ExpressionEngine demo as well.

ExpressionEngine 2.1 Demo

The new ExpressionEngine 2.1 demo is located at ee21.enginehosting.com.au/login and you can use the same login credentials (demo:password) as the previous ExpressionEngine demo. Remember to enjoy and play nice.

Updated ExpressionEngine 2.1 Addons

While testing the new system, below are some of the ExpressionEngine addons you can try it out.

ExpressionEngine 2.1 Demo Site

We've also created a small template site to demonstrate some of the features of EE2.1 and off course front end section will be visible upon login.

ExpressionEngine Templates

With the demo you can also have a look at these ExpressionEngine templates we used to create the demo site. They should help you understand using some of the techniques we used.

If you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments.

What a great resource!  Thanks for setting this up.  I’ll certainly use it to demo some functionality to my clients.  It was a nice touch to add in some popular addons.

Thanks Ryan, I find it useful with clients wanting to demo overall features of ExpressionEngine 2 and I thought why not make it public.

Thanks so much for setting this up, much appreciated! (Though I think the EE guys should really consider an official up-to-date demo on their site…)

Thanks Christine

I know, not having an official demo is a bit annoying but I think they would be limiting ExpressionEngine if they setup up one without all the bells & whistles.
